Additionally, the refrigerator in my room needed a plug-in to operate, which was a minor inconvenience. It would also really help if communication regarding room amenities was clearer, as I had to plug the fridge on my own.

The atmosphere in the hotel is relaxed which is nice and made a difference I think I didn't get woken up even once in the 4 nights I was there and that says something considering how loud hotels can be And the staff were super helpful they really tried to accommodate me and my family when we needed extra towels and they were friendly about it
